Not at all! I work with all fitness levels—from beginners to experienced athletes, from teens to seniors. Every program is customized and scaled safely for your body and ability.
It depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients train 2–4 times per week. We’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you stay consistent long-term.
Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and show up with an open mindset! I’ll handle the rest—including guidance, form correction, and motivation.

Training sessions are held in-person at my community gym in downtown WPB, in the client’s home, or online sessions are available upon request.
