Not at all! I work with all fitness levels—from beginners to experienced athletes, from teens to seniors. Every program is customized and scaled safely for your body and ability.

It depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients train 2–4 times per week. We’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you stay consistent long-term.

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and show up with an open mindset! I’ll handle the rest—including guidance, form correction, and motivation.

Fill out the New Client Form or Contact Form on the website. I’ll reach out to schedule a consultation so we can discuss your goals and find the right training plan for you.

Training sessions are held in-person at my community gym in downtown WPB, in the client’s home, or online sessions are available upon request.

I believe fitness shouldn’t feel like punishment—it should feel empowering. At ARISOFIT, we train for strength, mobility, and longevity, so you can look good, feel good, and move well for life. I have flexible options & availability to stay consistent, even when traveling.

All programs are designed with safety first. I’ll work around your limitations and communicate with your healthcare provider if needed to ensure your training is effective and safe. I have experience with many injuries & conditions.

Yes—basic nutrition guidance is included to help you build balanced habits that support your goals without restriction or strict dieting.
